I have a CRG "shorty" brake lever for

The CRG number is "RB-516" and my lever is in excellent, like-new condition.

OHLINS R/T FG43 4790-01 Superbike Forks-- Comes with brake caliper bracket mounts and axle sleeves that allow you to use OEM Yamaha brake calipers and axles for 2006-10 R6 or 2004-06 R1. The front fender mount definitely fits the R6, and it MAY fit the R1 fender as well. Setup for a 175-200 lb. rider. They are in perfect condition with 1.5 seasons on them.

Attack Performance Billet Triple Clamp--Allows you to fit these forks on the front end of a R6. This trick piece is significantly stiffer than stock and allow you to change offset of the front geometry if necessary. It is also in perfect condition.

Both of these pieces together can transform the front end of your R6 or R1 into a Superbike for the price of a simple 25mm front fork Cartridge Kit-- An absolute steal!
